Expert system for monitoring and calibrating low pressure

New model Setra MicroCal 869
The Setra MicroCal 869 is a complete pressure generating and documenting calibrator for calibration of pressure devices. The Setra Microcal 869 is specifically designed for air handling processes in critical environments that require portable, high accuracy and low-pressure documenting calibration. The SetraCal was already capable of fully automated testing and calibrating any pressure transducer. The update model is now also capable of calibrating pressure switches and analogue gauges. With the accu supplied MicroCal can execute calibrations stand alone while the transducers are supplied from the MicroCal. This updated series also has the advantage of displaying and executing data via menu driven functions on a hand-held PDA device.

Expert System for fully automated calibrations
The Expert Systeem is a combination of the MicroCal 869 and the Setra 269 pressure transducer and/or the SRPM (Setra Room Pressure Monitor). The Setra 269 is Setra’s newest differential pressure transducer with digital technology. The SRPM is a complete monitoring unit for differential pressure wit alarm, dwz met alarmering, switch output and optional remote. The Expert System has fully automated testing and hands-off calibration which reduces calibration times to 5 minutes or less. The 869, 269 en SRPM were specially developed to be to be a full pressure transducer/ calibration solution for critical environments and HVAC applications. The selfdocumenting software makes this system ideal for GAMP and FDA quality systems.
